Okay, we got some good news - some of the biggest names in Aussie music are confirmed for the Australian Open of Surfing and you know what the best thing is? The live concerts are totally free!

Storming the sand to the Channel [V] MUSIC STAGE is a killer line-up of artists. Celebrating the country’s biggest surf, skate and music event will be Children Collide, Sneaky Sound System, Bluejuice, Stonefield and Grant Smillie, with one monster act still to be announced!

“We generally prefer to play underwater, but playing alongside the water is the next best thing,” says Children Collide’s frontman, Johnny Mackay.

According to Black Angus, Sneaky Sound System’s ready to go too, “There is something magical about performing by the water in the middle of summer, what's even better is doing it in your hometown! We can't wait to get beach-side and get this party happening… might even catch a few waves!”

So make a note of these dates n’ times:

4:00pm to 6:30pm Friday 17th and Saturday 18th February
