Sneaky Sound System

THEY broke through to be the ARIA stand-out artist of 2007 with self-tittled album Sneaky Sound System and have since cemented themselves as one of Australia's premiere dance acts.
Hits UFO, Pictures and I Love It are considered dance floor classics and with the recent release of their third studio album, From Here to Anywhere, the band considered international dance music royalty are bringing it back to where it all began, Sydney, to give the Australian Open of Surfing another injection of excitement on Friday night.
Headlining the bill, Sneaky Sound System have become an Australian cult icon, powerhouse vocalist Connie Mitchell and her afro hairstyle making the band one of the most recognisable groups in the country. Her voice however, is even more commanding.
After their first two, hit-laden albums dominated the Australian, US and European music charts, Sneaky Sound System has emerged from what seemed like a three-year hiatus with a sharp, streamlined new look, a fresh sense of adventure and, most importantly, a thoroughly reinvigorated sound.
The better news for Australian Open of Surfing event-goers, you'll get the best of their whole catalogue, with the band play a non-stop show incorporating all of their hits, past and present.
Don't miss out.
